• Manage company-wide cash flow and financial reporting 

• Manage event-based wage distribution

Event Crew

• Use company vehicles to transport equipment to and from events

• Operate Audio, Lighting, and visual systems for bands, DJs, corporate events, and more

• Design processes to maximize operating efficiency

Lead Systems Engineer

• Maximize efficiency among our audio, lighting, and visuals control softwares and hardwares

• Work with the TSB event crew at events to observe and operate the equipment in the field

• Design a yearly expansion plan in collaboration with the Owner and  other department heads

• Prepare and submit purchase orders for new equipment and operations supplies

• Design processes to maximize operating efficiency
