Other costs to consider while budgeting:​

  • Per-project Base Rate: 

    • Self Service (Pickup in Davidson County, TN) -- $45

    • with TSB Delivery and Pickup (varies by county) -- starting at $95

  • Insurance based on project total​

    • less than $400 -- 20% Damage waiver ($20 minimum) or COI​

    • more than $400 -- COI Required​

  • (Optional) ​Operator / Setup and Teardown Labor: $75/hr (most rentals need 1.0 - 2.5 hours)​

All rates shown on this page are provided with the goal of helping you plan a preliminary budget for your show. Actual billing rates and discount amounts will be visible on the proposal. A retainer fee of 50% of the total project cost and a signed contract must be received by TSB at least seven days before the start of the rental period to reserve the rental date(s). Rental order requests submitted less than seven days before the start of the rental period may be accommodated for a 14% rush booking fee pending equipment availability.​​​
